1. Steam the thin noodles for about 10 minutes, until they are 80% to 90% cooked, then remove from the pan and let cool

2.1 Remove the shredded pork from the pot and set aside

3.2 Stir-fry shredded green onion and ginger slices, then stir-fry shredded pork. Use more oil because there is a lot of meat.

4.1 Steam the mixed noodles. The degree of softness and hardness depends on personal preference. I suggest steaming them for a longer time so that they will be more flavorful and delicious.

5.2 Sauté scallions, ginger and star anise, stir-fry beans and kelp, stir-fry evenly and then pour in shredded pork

6. Add more light soy sauce, one for seasoning and the other for coloring. The color of the steamed noodles should be darker. Add salt, five-spice powder and oyster sauce to season, add boiling water and cook until 80% cooked. The taste should be salty, otherwise the noodles will taste bland.

7. It's done steaming. Look, it's good, isn't it? It's delicious, but the photos I took are too bad.
