How to cook edamame and winter melon

1. Wash the pork, separate the fat and lean meat, and cut them into dices.

2. Wash and peel the winter melon and cut into dices.

3. Shell the edamame, wash and set aside.

4. Cut the ginger into shreds and cut the green onion into sections for later use.

5. Heat the water, add the shredded ginger and diced fat, and stir-fry over low heat until the oil comes out.

6. When the diced fat turns brown, pour in the diced lean meat and stir-fry until the meat changes color and shrinks.

7. Add the diced winter melon and edamame and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

8. Pour a little more water along the edge of the pot and cook on low heat for about 3 minutes.

9. Add half a spoonful of salt at a time.

10. Add a little Jinlan soy sauce.

11. Pour in a little Lee Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce and stir well to season.

12. Finally, add the green onions.
