1. Use salt to remove the smell of fresh intestines, wash them and rinse them with clean water.

4. Put the intestines into ice water for about 1 minute, then take them out and drain the water.

5. Cut the intestines into small pieces of about 4 cm after draining the water and set aside.

6. Add a little oil to the pan, sauté ginger, onion, garlic and chili over low heat, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and a little water, cook for a while and turn off the heat.

7. Pour the chopped intestines into the soup that has been turned off the heat and stir-fry until they are well-flavored. Then you can serve it on a plate!
