9. Pour in the prepared sauce and stir-fry repeatedly to make it evenly heated.

10. Stir-fry the sauce until fragrant, add the reserved shredded pork and continue to stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Pay attention to the heat and don't let the sauce stick to the pan when it is collecting.

11. Reduce the sauce slightly, add a little MSG to season, and serve.

12. Place the shredded meat on a plate and pour the sauce on it.

13. Cut the blanched bean curd sheets into small pieces, and place the remaining scallion, green pepper and cucumber shreds on a plate. A temptingly delicious meal is ready!
