How to make vinegar cabbage?

Ingredients: 500 grams of cabbage, 50 grams of vinegar, 5 grams of chopped green onion, 3 grams of garlic slices, 10 peppercorns, 15 grams of sugar, 10 grams of soy sauce, 15 grams of wet starch, 3 grams of minced ginger, 6 grams of dried chili, 70 grams of peanut oil, 10 grams of fine salt, and 5 grams of sesame oil.

1. Remove the old leaves of the cabbage, wash it, cut it into diamond-shaped slices, and mix it with 10 grams of salt.

3. Put 25 grams of oil in the pot and bring it to a boil. Add the cabbage and stir-fry quickly for a few times. Pour into a colander and drain the water.

4. Heat the original pan, add 45 grams of oil, put in the dried chilies to fry until they are spicy, add the Sichuan peppercorns to stir-fry until fragrant, then add the garlic, onion, ginger, and cabbage and stir-fry. Then, add the marinade into the pan, stir-fry, drizzle with sesame oil, remove from the pan, and pack it for consumption.
