How to make baked duck with mushrooms?

Ingredients: 10 dried mushrooms, 2 duck breasts, 12 teaspoons vegetable oil, 3g salt, 3 teaspoons dark soy sauce, 3 teaspoons light soy sauce, 5g ginger, 2 shallots, 2 chili peppers, 1 small piece of rock sugar, 2 teaspoons cooking wine, 1 star anise, 10 peppercorns, 3g chicken stock

1. Main ingredients: duck breast, dried mushrooms. Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, ginger, chili pepper, star anise, peppercorns, cooking wine, chicken essence, onion, rock sugar

2. Soak the dried mushrooms in hot water until soft and clean

3. Cut into pieces

4. Chop the spicy basil into small pieces, wash and slice the green onion and ginger, and wash and cut the duck breast into pieces

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, press down the breast meat when the oil is 60% hot, stir-fry to release the moisture, oil and fragrance, add cooking wine and stir-fry evenly

6. Add star anise, peppercorns and chili peppers and stir-fry until fragrant

7. Add dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly for color. Add onion and ginger and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add mushrooms and salt and stir fry evenly

9. Add water and stir fry evenly.

10. Cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes until the duck breast is cooked through and the soup is thick.
