How to make garlic cowpea?

practice:

1. Wash and cut beans into sections, mince garlic, and set aside a small amount of corn kernels.

2. Pour oil into the pot.

3. When the oil is 70% hot, sauté the minced garlic.

4. Add beans and stir-fry.

5. Pour in a small amount of water, stir-fry until the beans turn green, and slightly cover the pot.
