7. Soak the noodles in cold water until soft.

8. After 2 hours, the meat is cooked through and you can take out a piece and cut it.

9. It is best to let it cool before cutting! I cut it while it's hot, and the knife needs to be very sharp to cut it while it's hot.

10. Boil water in a pot and put the softened noodles into the pot. When they boil, scoop them into a bowl.

11. Add a leftover egg from breakfast and create a BOSS!

12. Pour boiling hot soup over it and serve!
