How to make shredded pork with dried tofu?

Method 1:

Ingredients: 250g pork, 3 Youxian dried tofu, 3 red peppers, 3 shallots, 3 garlic cloves, 1 piece of ginger, 1/2 tablespoon Pixian fermented black beans, 1/2 tablespoon Laoganma fermented black beans, 1.5 tablespoons Haitian Yipin fresh soy sauce, 3 teaspoons cooking wine, peanut oil, 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder

1. Wash the pork, peel it and cut it into thin slices. Marinate it with cooking wine and half a tablespoon of soy sauce.

2. Cut the red pepper diagonally into horse ear shapes, cut the green onion and green onion into long sections, cut the ginger into shreds, and slice the garlic.

3. Cut the dried tofu into slices.

4. Put a small amount of oil in the wok, add shredded ginger, and stir-fry the pork until it spits out oil and changes color.

5. Add the bean paste and Lao Gan Ma fermented black beans and stir-fry until the oil turns red and the sauce becomes crispy.

6. Add red pepper, garlic and scallion and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add dried tofu and stir-fry evenly.
