How to make the Spring Festival dish of sweet and sour spareribs

9. Take out the seasoning, which will be convenient to eat, pour it into the wok and start cooking over high heat.

10. When the sauce is thickening, you can add a small spoonful of salt. If you add it too early, it will become too dry and taste bad.

11. When the juice is almost dry, remove from the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of white vinegar and a small spoonful of chicken essence, that’s it.

12. Serve.
