Because the water from the tomatoes and the potato starch combine to make them a little sticky and sour, they are very delicious. It's done.

4. Finally, serve. If you like it a little sticky, add a little more water. If you like it just right, you can do as I did. If you like chicken essence, you can add some before serving. I don't like that kind of stuff so I rarely use it because it doesn't taste the original.
