What are the authentic methods of tomato hotpot?

Tomato hotpot is actually a common hotpot ingredient. The reason why hotpot is so popular is that there are a variety of foods to choose from according to your preferences, and tomatoes themselves have high nutritional value. Method 1:

1. Chop the green onion and ginger, and remove the heads and tails of the garlic and set aside. Chop tomatoes. Prepare a pot of hot water.

2. Heat a pan, add a little oil, pour in green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Reduce heat, add tomato paste and fry for about 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and sauté without adding water for 5 minutes.

3. After the tomatoes are fried into a paste, add hot water, then add mushrooms, wolfberries, and longans, then simmer over high heat for about 15 minutes and add salt to taste. Finally, transfer the soup to the induction cooker. After the soup boils, you can cook the meat and vegetables.

Method 2:

1250g snakehead, 2 tomatoes, salt to taste

A little chicken essence, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, 400 grams of tomato sauce, sugar, white pepper, vegetable oil

1. Cut the fish into large thin slices, cut the fish head in half, cut the fish bones into sections, and marinate the fish head and bones with cooking wine (a little more), salt, and white pepper for 20 minutes.

2. Cut tomatoes into pieces, slice garlic, and mince ginger

3. Add oil to the wok (a little more oil), when it is 60% hot, add the minced ginger and garlic slices and fry until fragrant, then add the tomato pieces and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

4. Pour in tomato sauce and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the tomato sauce is thick, about 10 minutes.

5. Pour two bowls of water and bring to a boil (do not add too much water, or it will lose its flavor), add appropriate amount of chicken essence, salt, white pepper, and sugar

6. Then pour the fish head and bones in and cook for about 5 minutes.

7. Put the fish fillets in, stir and spread them, wait until the fish fillets turn white, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.

Tips

The meat and vegetables cooked in tomato soup are very fresh, and those with a light taste don’t need to use hot pot ingredients.

When frying tomatoes and tomato sauce, use low heat and stir-fry to avoid burning the pan.
