1. Egg yolk desserts

1. Boil the water on high heat for 5 minutes, then add sugar and stir thoroughly to make syrup.

2. Add sugar water, eggs and fresh milk and mix well.

3. Mix one cup of white sugar with half a cup of boiling water and cook until golden brown and become caramel.

4. Pour a little cooked caramel into the mold.

5. Pour the mixed pudding ingredients into the mold.

6. Add about 1/3 of warm water to the baking tray, then put it in the microwave oven and bake it on medium heat for 15 minutes.

2. Orange milk steamed egg

1 orange 1 egg 60 ml whole milk

1. Wash the orange peel, rub it with your hands, cut it, and use a small spoon or knife to scoop out the flesh inside and set aside.

2. Squeeze the pulp into juice.

3. Beat the eggs and filter.

4. Heat the milk and orange juice in warm water and pour in the egg liquid.

5. Stir well, pour the egg liquid into the prepared orange peel, and steam over low heat for ten minutes or until cooked.

P/S:

1. The orange juice and milk need to be warmed in warm water before pouring into the egg liquid. If they are too cold, the steamed egg will not be smooth enough, and if they are too hot, the egg liquid will become egg flowers.

2. The orange peel can be covered with a layer of plastic wrap before steaming, which will make the steamed eggs more beautiful. (I didn’t cover it, but I really like the bubbles that appear)

3. This taste is relatively light and fragrant. For those who like sweet, it is recommended to add appropriate amount of sugar to the egg liquid for seasoning.

4. Eggs themselves have high nutritional value, so they taste good when made into desserts and are also beneficial to health.
