How to cook grass carp stewed with frozen tofu

Modern people are under great pressure in life and work, so we must relieve stress in time. Among the methods of stress relief, the most common one is diet. So, let me tell you how to cook grass carp stewed with frozen tofu.

1. Wash the grass carp pieces (chopped when you buy them), add a small spoonful of salt, a small amount of soy sauce, pepper, a spoonful of white vinegar and a spoonful of cooking wine, and marinate for about 1 hour.

2. Thaw the frozen tofu, cut each piece into four pieces, cut the ginger into shreds, and chop the green onions.

3. Add fish fat to the pan (every time I buy grass carp, I stick some fat on it and weigh it together. It’s a waste, so I’ll make use of it). The fried fish will be quite good.

4. The fat is completely melted into liquid. (My family member found that frying fish in fish oil can prevent it from sticking to the pan.)

5. Add fish pieces and fry over low heat.

6. After frying, remove from the pan and drain the oil. Pour out the remaining oil in the pan, add fish pieces, shredded ginger, water, and frozen tofu and cook together.

7. Stew for 10 minutes, add salt to taste, add scallion and serve.
