Tomato stewed meat recipe

1. Select two ripe tomatoes, wash and peel them

2. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces. Chop the ginger into fine pieces and set aside.

3. Wash the pork and remove the fascia.

4. Cut into thin slices, add appropriate amount of water starch and salt, and marinate evenly with your hands for 10 minutes to allow the meat slices to fully absorb moisture and become more tender and smooth.

6. Add a small bowl of water or broth and simmer for 5 minutes.

7. When the water is boiling, add the meat slices and blanch until cooked. Add a small amount of salt (it is already very fresh without adding chicken powder. Pregnant women should eat less or no chicken powder, MSG and other items)

8. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes then turn off the heat. The thick tomato juice is ready and you can sprinkle it with chopped green onions.
