How to stir-fry kelp shreds

Material

Shredded kelp, dried chili, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, salt and MSG

1. Wash the kelp and soak it in clean water for about two hours.

2. Cut the dried chili into small pieces (you can add more or less according to your personal preference)

3. Put oil in the pot. When the oil is 70% cooked, add chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add kelp and stir-fry. Add cooking wine and stir-fry for a while.

4. Add soy sauce and vinegar (just a small amount) and stir-fry. When the kelp is almost cooked, add salt and MSG and stir-fry. Remove from the pan.

Tips

If you like meat, you can add some minced meat in it. Fry the minced meat in the pan first, then add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt and chicken essence and stir-fry until cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside. Then use the above steps to make the kelp. When the kelp is almost done, add the fried minced meat and mix them together.
