How to cook Gou Sanxian

Well, now I will teach you how to cook the dish Gou Sanxian.

1. Remove the scales, belly and gills of crucian carp and long-bone fish, wash and drain. Soak the snails in clean water for half a day to spit out the sand, cut off the tail and wash.

2.1 Fry the longspined fish in oil and serve.

3.2 Use a dry towel to wipe the crucian carp dry, heat the oil in the pan, put it in and fry until both sides are golden brown.

4.12 Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

5.21 Put down the snails and stir-fry.

6. Add appropriate amount of water, sugar, cooking wine and dark soy sauce.

7.Put the crucian carp and longspine fish on the snails and cook over high heat for 5 minutes.

8.1 Add half a spoonful of chili sauce and a few drops of vinegar, and cook over high heat for 6 minutes.

9.2 Add a spoonful of bean paste.

10. Add some salt, pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

11. Add some chopped green onions.

12. Slowly shake the iron pan and pour it into a large plate.

13. A big pot of delicious "Gou Sanxian" is ready! Finally add a little red pepper for garnish.

Although the Gou Sanxian dish is simple to make, if you have never cooked and don’t understand it, you might as well ask your elders for help. Under the guidance of your elders, you will definitely be able to do better.
