2. Cut the dark chocolate and butter into small pieces, heat them in hot water and stir constantly until they are completely dissolved.

3. Add fine sugar and mix well

5. Add the sifted flour and stir evenly to form brownie dough.

6. Put it into the mold and smooth it, put it in the middle layer of the oven, and bake it at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes.

7. Beat the softened cream cheese with 40g of fine sugar until smooth

8. Add eggs, yogurt, and vanilla extract (if you don’t have it, just skip it) and mix into a thick cheese paste.

9. Pour the cheese paste directly into the baked brownies without cooling them down, shake them twice to make the bubbles inside escape, and then bake them in the oven at 160 degrees for about 60 minutes (40 minutes is also OK, I baked them for 60 minutes and they were quite dry)
