How to make Matcha and Honey Bean Double-Color Toast

Cut the dough into two pieces, one large and one small. Add matcha powder to the smaller dough and knead well. Place them in pots for the first fermentation. If it does not bounce back or sink, and can remain in its original shape, it means that the basic fermentation is complete.

3. Roll the white dough into a rectangular piece, roughly the same width as the toast mold, and sprinkle some candied red beans on it.

4. Roll the matcha dough into a large rectangular piece, slightly shorter than the white dough. Cover the matcha dough on the white dough, press it with your hands to make it tightly bonded, sprinkle the remaining sweetened red beans on it, and press the bottom edge of the white dough with your fingers to make it thin.

5. Roll the dough into a cylinder and adjust it to make it uniform in thickness. Place the bread in a toast mold with the seal facing downward for secondary fermentation

6. When the second fermentation is 80% full, cover the lid and preheat the oven, 180 degrees for the upper fire and 190 degrees for the lower fire for 40 minutes (if the upper and lower tubes of the oven cannot be controlled separately, it is generally 180 degrees, upper and lower fire, 40 to 45 minutes for the bottom layer)
