How to cook grilled shrimp

1. This step is to make it more tightly bonded with the shrimp meat in the sauce. It is okay to skip this step if it is baked. Then use toothpicks or barbecue bamboo sticks to skewer them to prevent the shrimp meat from shrinking and bending after baking, affecting the appearance, and to prevent the sauce filling from falling off.

3.2 Remove the remaining 18 shrimps from the shells and remove the sand and tendons. Chop them into small pieces with a knife. Add minced ginger, chopped green onions, salt, white pepper and 1 teaspoon of starch and mix well. Use chopsticks to stir for one or two minutes until the shrimp paste is sticky. I don't recommend using a blender to grind the shrimp meat into a paste. The taste is not as good as using a little shrimp meat.

4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit/200 degrees Celsius. Place a rack on the baking tray, arrange the shrimps, and spray with a little vegetable oil. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, then adjust the oven temperature to the highest Broil setting and bake at high temperature for 5 minutes before serving.
