15. Put the twisted dough in the palm of your hand and press your palms together;

17. After preheating the electric baking pan, put the dough into the baking pan and press it into a thinner pancake with your fingers;

18. When both sides turn golden brown, brush a little oil on them with a brush and turn them over 2 to 3 times until they are cooked. The baked shortbread can be served on a plate.
