Roasted Vegetable Tenderloin Recipe

1. Cut the tenderloin into 1cm slices

6. Put it in a frying pan, cover it, heat it on medium heat for about 6 minutes, open the tin foil bag and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. (Be careful when you open the tin foil bag, the heat inside will burn your hands)
