Beef jerky recipe

1.Chop the beef into small pieces.

4. Put the beef filling into a plastic bag and roll it into thin slices.

5. Place tin foil on a baking tray and brush it with a little oil. Remove the plastic bag from the rolled beef slices and place them upside down on the baking tray.

6. Preheat the oven to 180°, put the beef slices into the oven and bake for 10 minutes. The slices will become smaller and whiter.

7. Take out the cake, brush it with honey water (2:1), sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes; take it out again, turn it over, brush it with honey water, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 10 minutes.
