9. Put all the meat slices into the marinade A, stir well, and add cinnamon, aniseed and peppercorns. Marinate for 15 minutes. The more you marinate, the better.

10. Take a large bowl, place the meat slices skin side down, and arrange them alternately with the sweet potato slices.

11. After arranging, place a layer of ginger slices on the top.

12. In the steamer, after the water boils, place a plate on the bowl and cover it. Steam over medium heat for 80 minutes. After steaming, if there is more soup. You can filter out the soup first, thicken it, and pour it on the meat after it becomes thick. Place the fried rapeseed next to the meat as decoration and serve.
