1.1 Pour the spiced dried tofu and tofu into a blender and blend into a paste, then pour into a large bowl.

2.2 Remove the stems of the fresh mushrooms, wash them, and make cross cuts on the mushroom surfaces; cut the spiced dried tofu and tofu into cubes for later use; soak the wolfberries in clean water until soft.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1/2 tablespoon of chicken powder, 1/2 tablespoon of oil and 1/3 tablespoon of salt and mix well.

4. Bring half a pot of water to a boil, add the fresh mushrooms and blanch for 1 minute until softened, remove from the water and drain, then use kitchen paper to absorb the moisture.

5. Sprinkle cornstarch on the inside of the mushrooms, stuff with tofu puree, add wolfberry and green beans in turn, and cover with a layer of plastic wrap.

6. Boil the water in the pot, put in the stuffed mushrooms, cover and steam over high heat for 10 minutes, then take out and serve.
