Pour the steamed beef and radish shreds into a deep bowl, and then turn the deep bowl upside down on another shallow bowl, so that the poured beef and radish shreds form an oval shape like a bowl (to make the photo look better). 10. Sprinkle chopped green onion and MSG on the surface. Heat two tablespoons of tea oil (lard is used in farmhouse dishes, and replacing it with vegetable oil is good for health and also smells good), and pour it over the shredded beef and radish.
