How to make watermelon and chestnut buns

1. Prepare the pumpkin dough in advance.

2.1 Divide into small pieces of equal size and knead each piece into a round shape.

4.1 Pack in cooked chestnuts.

7. Bring to a boil over high heat, steam over medium heat for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes before removing from heat.
