What does it mean to cook healthy food? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the method of cooking steamed pearl treasure.

1.1 Remove the scales, gills and internal organs of the pearl fish, wash it, and make a few random cuts on the fish; take a fish plate, put ginger slices on the bottom of the plate, put the fish on the ginger slices, sprinkle some green onions on it, and pour about 5 grams of oil on the fish. After the water in the steamer boils, put the fish into the steamer and steam for 5 minutes.

2.2 Cut the green onion and red pepper into thin strips and soak them in pure water for about ten minutes until they become naturally curled.

3. When steaming fish, mix soy sauce and sugar into a sauce; immediately pour off the excess juice from the steamed fish, remove the scallion whites from the fish, and pour the prepared sauce on top.

4. Sprinkle the drained scallion and red pepper shreds on the fish. Heat the remaining oil until it smokes and pour it directly on the scallion shreds.
