How to make custard rolls

Friends are made through getting along with each other, and in the process of becoming friends, visiting each other’s homes is naturally inevitable. 1. Butter and granulated sugar

6. Steam the prepared custard until thick (stir twice during the process)

7. Take out the custard sauce and wrap it in plastic wrap after it cools down and put it in the refrigerator for later use

8.1 De-air the dough and roll it into a 1cm thick rectangle with a rolling pin.

9.2 Add yeast and warm water to the flour and knead into a smooth dough. Let it ferment until it doubles in size.

10. Put a piece of plastic wrap on it, put mayonnaise on it, and then put another piece of plastic wrap on it. Use the plastic wrap to roll the mayonnaise into a rectangle slightly smaller than the dough.

11. After rolling, tear off the plastic wrap on the top, then lift the bottom plastic wrap together with the custard sauce and turn it upside down on the dough

12. Tear off the plastic wrap and roll the dough into a cylinder from bottom to top.

13. Use a knife to cut into pieces at equal distances to form the custard rolls

14. Put the custard roll dough into the steamer and cover it to ferment for another 15 minutes. Steam for 10 minutes (adjust according to the size of the custard roll). Turn off the heat and steam for another five minutes.
