Put the ribs, mushrooms and appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker and add a few drops of vinegar. After boiling over high heat, turn to medium heat for 20 minutes. 4. After opening the lid, add salt and chicken essence. The pork rib soup is ready. 5. Boil water in a pot and add some salt and oil. Add rice noodles and cleaned choy sum and cook until done. 6. Take out and put it in a bowl, add spare ribs and mushrooms, and finally pour in spare rib soup.
