Hometown steamed pork with rice flour

Many modern people spend their days in a hurry, have irregular meals and almost always eat out. When it comes to diet, it starts with yourself. So below I will first introduce the method of making the dish of steamed pork with rice flour from my hometown.

1. Wash the pork belly, add water to the pot and cook until it is half cooked.

2. Fry the coarse cornmeal bought from the supermarket and set aside.

3. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into dice.

4. After the cooked meat has cooled slightly, cut it into slices of even thickness, add a small amount of salt, MSG, light soy sauce, bean paste (red oil), and vegetable oil and mix well.

5. Add appropriate amount of cooked corn flour and mix well.

6. Take another bowl, put the mixed meat in, arrange 6 slices skin down, and one slice at each end.

7. Mix the potato cubes with the same seasoning and put them into the bowl with the meat slices.

8. Add half a cup of water into a bowl and steam for 40 minutes.

9. When eating, turn it over on a plate.
