How to make steamed loofah with scallop and shrimp

1. Cut the loofah into pieces and soak the vermicelli and shrimp in hot water.

2.1 Place vermicelli on the bottom of the plate, add loofah, sprinkle with scallops and shrimps, add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to the water used to steam the scallops and soak the shrimps, mix well and sprinkle on top.

3.2 Add half a bowl of water to the scallops and steam them for 15 minutes. Keep the steamed water.

4. Boil water in a steamer, put the plate in, take it out after steaming for 5 minutes, heat oil in a pan and pour it on.
