How to make steamed pig brain with Tianma

1. Use a toothpick to carefully remove the blood from the pig brain (the left one is removed, the right one is not). These two are the amount for one pair (left and right).

2. Chop the ginger. Break the red dates apart so that they can be more flavorful, and leave the Gastrodia elata as it is.

3. Put the pig brain that has been cleaned of blood into a stewing pot, add Gastrodia elata, ginger, red dates, a little wine, salt and oil, and steam it.

4. Steam for 20 minutes and drizzle a little light soy sauce on it. My husband said it’s delicious.
