How to make three-flavor tofu scrambled eggs

1. Peel and bone half a chicken leg, cut into small dices, mix with 1 spoon of sesame oil, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of starch and marinate

2. Beat the eggs and add twice the amount of water, a little salt and a spoonful of sesame oil, stir well and set aside

3. Dice the tofu

4. Take 1/3 of the diced tofu and add it to the egg liquid. Cover it with plastic wrap and steam it in a steamer for 10-15 minutes.

5. Heat a little oil in the pan and add the diced chicken.

6. After the color changes, add edamame and stir-fry together

7. Add water to cover the chicken and bring to a boil. Add the remaining diced tofu, season with salt and simmer for 2 minutes. Use 2 teaspoons of starch to thicken the sauce.

8. When the sauce is reduced to the appropriate level, pour it on the steamed egg tofu soup.
