Ingredients: glutinous rice, peanuts, chopped green onion, chopped parsley, cooked sesame, bacon, salt, chicken powder, water. Method: 1. Soak the glutinous rice in water and drain the water; 2. Peel the peanuts, prepare chopped ginger and parsley; cooked sesame; 3. Slice the bacon and blanch it; (You can put whatever you like, beans, red dates, etc.) 4. Put the pot on the fire, sauté the bacon, sprinkle with chopped ginger, pour in the glutinous rice and peanuts and stir fry continuously, finally sprinkle a little salt and chicken powder and mix well, pour into the rice cooker, (here is the key point) Don't put too much water, just enough to match the bacon and glutinous rice! 5. Wait until the rice cooker is almost powered off, open the lid and sprinkle with sesame and chopped parsley.

Bacon Glutinous Rice

Main ingredients: 250 grams of glutinous rice, 100 grams of bacon, 50 grams of winter bamboo shoots, 50 grams of pickled mustard, a little chopped green onion, and a little lard. Method 1. Soak glutinous rice in clean water for 1 to 2 hours. Slice the bacon and winter bamboo shoots. Dice the mustard tuber. 2. Put the above ingredients into the rice cooker, add water and lard, mix well and cook until done, sprinkle with chopped green onions when serving. Tip: Bacon and pickled mustard tuber are salty in themselves, so there is no need to add salt to the rice. In addition, lard must be added to make glutinous rice fragrant.
