2. Side dishes: Cut the smoked dried fish into cubes. The smoked dried fish will become fragrant after absorbing the oil. It will satisfy your craving not only for the meat but also for the smoked dried fish. It is also served with black beans. The unique aroma of black beans makes you feel less greasy when eating meat. Paired with hot peppers, it goes well with rice. Cut the green onion and ginger into large slices and add more to increase the aroma. The steamed meat slices can be cooled naturally or rinsed with cold water. Do not cut the slices too thin to avoid breaking them.

3. The second step is to satisfy your craving without being greasy: put a little oil in the pot, put the steamed pork belly into the pot, and first fry the meat slices over low heat to release the oil. When the surface of the meat slices is slightly yellow and the meat slices are curled and shaped like lamps, skim off the fried oil in the pot to ensure that it is not greasy. Add the fermented black beans and fry until fragrant. Then add the scallion and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the smoked dried shrimps to further absorb the grease in the pan so that there is no remaining grease in the pan. Add the green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly. Then add soy sauce, salt and sugar in order. Add MSG before serving
