3. How to make frozen swimming crab delicious

Ingredients and seasonings for frozen crab: 1 crab, about 600 grams, 1 teaspoon salt, 500 ml ice water, 3 slices of ginger, 1 scallion, only the white part of the scallion, cut into sections, 2 tablespoons of bright red Zhejiang vinegar, 1 small chili, deseeded and cut into thin strips, 3 grams of thinly shredded ginger.
