1. Prepare the ingredients, wash the vegetables and chop the green onions.

7. Dice the previously hollowed-out tomatoes.

8. Stir-fry the excess meat paste with tomatoes, because the nutrients in tomatoes can only be released after heating.

9. Finally, place the scallion meat patties and tomato fried meat on a plate and serve.
