How to make grilled sausage buns

1. Dissolve the sugar in warm water, pour in the yeast and let it sit for a while.

2. Slowly pour the yeast water into the flour, stirring with chopsticks until it becomes flocs without dry powder.

9. Do it one by one.

10. Place the prepared sausage buns in a steamer with a thin layer of oil for secondary fermentation. Steam with cold water.

11. Do not open the lid immediately after steaming. Continue to simmer for about 3-5 minutes before opening it.
