8. Pour the fried sugar and oil into the pressure cooker.

9. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, Maggi, salt and chicken essence.

10. Stir-fry a few times to mix the ingredients and seasonings evenly.

11. Cover the pot and close the valve. After the valve sounds, turn to medium heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat. Let sit for about 5 minutes and open the lid.

12. Turn on the heat again, and when the soup thickens, serve it out and sprinkle some chopped green onions on top for garnish.
