How to make kidney bean paste

Now that people’s lives are better, they have become more careful about what they eat. In the past, people ate to fill their stomachs. Nowadays people eat it to prolong their life. So, how can we use "eating" to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of making kidney bean soup.

1. Prepare the required white kidney beans.

3.2121 Soak the white kidney beans in warm water overnight one day in advance.

4. Tear off the outer skin of the soaked white kidney beans, put them into a cooking pot, add appropriate amount of water and salt, and cook over medium heat.

5. Turn off the heat 15 minutes after boiling, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn on the heat and cook for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.

6. After cooking for 15 minutes for the third time, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes before uncovering the lid. The beans are now very cooked and soft.

7. Blend the cooked beans into a fine paste in a blender. (Because it needs to be beaten very finely, you need to add more water when stirring)

8. This is the whole blended kidney bean paste.

9. Add the kidney bean paste into the pot and cook on low heat. Be sure to stir it a few times during the cooking process to prevent it from getting mushy.

10. When the water is half dry, add sugar and mix well.

11. Continue cooking until it is 70% dry, then turn off the heat.

12. Scoop out and put into a bowl. (It was a bit much, so I filled two bowls)

13. Put the bowl of bean paste into the microwave, fry on medium heat for 2 minutes, take out and stir, fry for another 2 minutes, take out and stir evenly, fry for a final 4 minutes, take out, mix evenly, and let cool. (As the bean paste cools down, some water will evaporate.)

14. This is the completely cooled bean paste, it is very fine.

15. Put the prepared bean paste into a fresh-keeping box and refrigerate it. It can be stored for about a week.
