How to make celery pork wontons

I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the method of making celery and pork wontons.

1.12 I chose the hind leg meat of Fuyuan Dahe black pig, which is more tender. I asked the store to wash it and cut it into strips with a meat chopper, and then I chopped it up with a machete when I got home. The fat was cut into strips and chopped and mixed with the lean meat. Wash the celery and peel and wash a small piece of ginger.

6. Prepare half a cup of water, wonton wrappers, and start wrapping.

7. Boil water in a pot, put wontons in, cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, open the lid and continue cooking.

8. When all the wontons float up, cook for another minute until they are cooked through (the whole process takes about four minutes).

9. While cooking, prepare the sauce: a small spoonful of soy sauce, a small spoonful of balsamic vinegar, a few drops of sesame oil, chopped green onions, add half a bowl of hot soup, and pour it directly into a bowl (don’t you have a big bowl?)

10. It was so delicious, with just the right amount of saltiness, and the taste of my mother's. I ate it all up in one whirlwind. When I ate the last one, I remembered to take a photo, and when I bit it open, I saw the cooked filling.
