1.1 Pour 500g of refined salt into a wok and fry until hot;

2.2 Rinse the peanuts in water;

3. Pour in the peanuts and stir-fry over low heat for about 2 minutes until the peanuts just start to change color, then turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for about 3 minutes;

4. Use a strainer to filter the peanuts and place them on a plate. After they cool down, they are crispy and delicious, not greasy.
