How to make pineapple tomato sauce fried rice

2. Beat the eggs, add a few drops of cooking wine and water, this will make the eggs more fluffy, cut the carrots into cubes and set aside

3. Bring water to a boil in a pot and add a few drops of oil to make the peas more emerald green.

4. Boil water and add corn kernels and peas

5. When the water has almost boiled the peas, add the diced carrots and boil again, then filter the water.

9. Heat the pan and add a little oil. Add corn kernels, peas and carrot cubes and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine.

10. After the rice is well-stirred, add the cooked white rice. Remember that the rice will be a mess at first. Don't be impatient. Cook it slowly. Use the spoon in your hand to cut the rice grains vertically. Remember not to press the rice grains or add water, otherwise the rice grains will become a sticky mass. To make the dishes delicious, the rice grains must be separated one by one.

11. After all the rice grains are scattered, add the fried eggs and stir fry evenly.

12. Finally, add the pineapple that has been soaked in salt water and drained, stir-fry evenly and serve. It is already very fresh without adding chicken essence or MSG. My family basically doesn’t add MSG when cooking now, it is environmentally friendly and healthy

13. Finally, pour Heinz ketchup on it. The sweet and sour taste of tomatoes and the fragrance of pineapple are a great enjoyment both visually and taste-wise. Such a big plate is my dinner, haha
