The main ingredients are tofu (southern) (250 grams), pork (fat and lean) (500 grams), and eggs (350 grams). Seasoning: salt (25g), soy sauce (25g), white sugar (50g), MSG (25g), salad oil (50g), green onion (5g), ginger (3g), starch (pea) (50g).

Method: 1. Chop the meat into minced meat, then add salt, MSG, chopped green onion, minced ginger and a little water to the minced meat and stir vigorously, add eggs and cornstarch, mix well, and stuff them into the fried tofu respectively. 2. Heat oil in a pan, add scallion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, add 150 grams of fresh soup, put in fried tofu and bring to a boil, add soy sauce, salt, sugar, simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, turn to high heat, add MSG, and reduce the marinade slightly.
