How to make bean curd spiced radish meatballs

6.2 Stir evenly with your hands, adding flour and stirring in one direction. (If you feel it is ready to be squeezed into balls, don't add more flour.)

7. Use your hands to squeeze into balls.

8. Put the meatballs into the pan. Do not turn them over when they are just put into the pan. Wait until a hard crust forms on the surface before turning them over.

9. When the surface of the meatballs turns golden brown, they can be taken out of the pan while frying, putting in and scooping out.
