8. Change to a pressure cooker. After the pressure comes up, cook on medium-high heat for about seven or eight minutes. Don't open it in a hurry after the steam dissipates. Simmer for about ten minutes before opening the lid. Then turn on high heat to reduce the juice and it will be delicious. If you don’t use a pressure cooker, you can continue with the last step and simmer on low heat for about an hour until the food is cooked.
