24. Fry until softened, which will take about 40 minutes, depending on the amount of onion.

25. When the onion is completely pureed, pour in water.

26. Add evaporated milk, coconut powder, sugar and Indian curry powder into a mixing bowl and beat with a whisk to make curry water.

27. Add salt to the onion water in the pot.

28. Add peanut butter.

29. Add tomato paste.

30. Pour in half of the curry water just prepared.

31. Pour in the fried potatoes.

32. Pour in carrots.

33. Add the other half of the curry powder water again.

34. Stir constantly with a spatula.

35. Turn the heat up to high and bring to a boil, continuing to cook, stirring constantly, for another 5 minutes.

36. Pour in the reserved pork cubes.

37. After pouring in the pork cubes, turn to low heat.

38. The stewing time does not need to be long because the pork pieces have already been seasoned with curry.

39. Pour this curry directly over the cooked rice, add a little kimchi, broccoli, and a little coriander as garnish.
