8. After simmering the rice for 20 minutes, add the marinated fish and shrimp.

9. Add the fish and shrimp and continue to simmer with the lid on for 10 minutes.

10. During this time, shred the cheese.

11. Blanch the choy sum in seasoned water and set aside.

12. Turn off the heat after the fish and shrimp are cooked through, and sprinkle shredded cheese on the cooked rice.

13. Then cover with lid and let sit for a while to melt.

14.Sprinkle the sauce on the rice and place the choy sum on top.

15. Finally, sprinkle a little chopped green onion and serve (this is for three people).
