1.1 Ferment until there is uniform honeycomb structure when pulled apart

5. Put all the ingredients into a container, add appropriate amount of salt, MSG, thirteen spices powder and mix well

Add cold water to the steamer, put the wrapped buns into the pot, cover and let rise for 15-30 minutes, then bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
